Kyle Duke

Kyle Duke is currently the CIO of EvidenceCare - an EHR-integrated platform that optimizes clinical workflows to deliver better patient care, improve physicians’ workflow, capture more revenue, and reduce costs.

He previously served as Chief Operating Officer of PatientFocus. At PatientFocus, he helped plan and implement technology and operations to create a scalable technology enabled service company.

He also served as the Chief Information Officer for the State of Tennessee, Department of Health Care Finance and Administration, Bureau of TennCare. TennCare is the state of Tennessee's Medicaid program that provides health care for 1.4 million Tennesseans. 

As the VP of IT and Chief Information Security Officer for Cigna-HealthSpring, he was responsible for leading information technology security and compliance efforts for HIPAA, SOX and PCI.
